I grew up in suburban Rhode Island and therefore I have no idea why I connect with the mid-western/Pacific Northwest flannel & leather jacket grunge-goth-witch-house existentialism-mysticism-surrealism the-woods-know-something-we-don’t lone-shack-in-the-woods something-fucked-up-happened-by-the-train-track aesthetic on such a profound level (um, Kurt Cobain) but for whatever reason (um, Kurt Cobain) my plans for the next four months basically boil down to wearing the same wool sweater and Doc Martens every day, listen to nothing but Salem, and watching things like Twin Peaks, that movie with Keanu Reeves and Ione Skye and, if I’m feeling brave enough, this movie.Check it out!
